About Chloe: “My hair philosophy is to thoughtfully help connect your inner and outer beauty as one. I knew I wanted to transform hair and inspire beauty inside and out ever since I was a young girl. I began Cosmetology School during highschool when I was 16 years old in New Jersey. I started my career in NYC assisting editorial stylists backstage at New York Fashion Week. I believe that consistent education is fundamental to success in an industry that's always changing, and I love learning about the latest techniques and trends. After graduation, I received advanced color training in Los Angeles, soon returning to New York to pursue my dreams for a decade & now I am creating beautiful hair in Oregon.”
